Inclusion is the educational practice of educating special needs students in the same classroom as students without special needs. 
An additional special services teacher is placed in the classroom to work collaborately with the general education teacher.  
For INCLUSION to be successful, special educators and general educators must work closely together to meet the needs of all students.
