HUDSON MIDDLE SCHOOL

Purpose:

The purpose of the Leadership Academy is to train students to become leaders both at school and within the community. 

The program uses a three part model, students are engaged in (1) leadership lesson, (2) community service, and (3) enrichment activities. 

Membership:

Students are nominated by their teachers based on specific criteria, including such things as work ethic, attendance, manners, responsibility, and respectful behavior.   Identified students are extended an invitation to apply for admission into the Leadership Academy.    Acceptance into the academy is based on the student application and teacher input.
