Outsiders Day Friday, October 10, 2025
Hudson 7th Grade Hornets are traveling back in time.
 
To conclude our reading of The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton, all students and staff are invited to dress in 50’s and 60’s fashion on Friday, October 10. 
 
Students should not have to purchase any special clothes for this. They’re discovering how similar many of the styles now are to then.  Examples:  jeans (rolled up), white or solid colored t-shirts, leather or blue jean jackets, flannel shirts, Converse tennis shoes, boots, “greasy” hair (hair gel), and ponytails and scarves.  If you need more information, please email your child’s RLA teacher or call (936)875-9295.
