Our HMS cross-country teams had an outstanding showing at the 2024 SFA Lumberjack Invitational this past Saturday, August 31 in Nacogdoches! Both the boys and girls took first place overall in their divisions, and both teams had multiple top 10 finishers including Walker May in first place in the MS Boys division! Congratulations to all the coaches and teams. Go Hornets!

The supply list includes earbuds. Students are welcome to bring their own, but there are basic earbuds available for purchase from the media center for $1

On Friday, August 30, 2024, local representative Trent Ashby took time out of his busy schedule to visit with Mrs. Ainsworth's Leadership Academy group. He discussed civic duty and leadership qualities. He also took questions from the students! Thank you for the time Mr. Ashby!

2024 HMS Meet the Teacher will be ​on Monday, August 12 from 3:30-5:30 pm. Come ​pick up your schedule, meet your teachers, and see the campus!! We hope to see you there!!!!
