The HMS staff would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to those who went out of their way to help make teacher appreciation week a success! Parents from 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, along with our administrators, provided meals, drinks, and treats throughout the week! Special shoutout to our local Taco Casa for providing lunch this week as well! Thank you all for your support!

HMS House Spirit Week
Starting next week every student can earn a point each day for supporting the designated house for that day. Wear the house color or something represents the house. NO ONE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE OR PURCHASE ANYTHING. All the students were told to use what they have at home and be creative if they need to. Please see the flyer for the days and which house in on which day. Thank you for your support!

        

Dear Hornet Families,

Great news — yearbook distribution day is coming up on Friday, May 16, 2025!

We are thrilled to announce that we sold 192 yearbooks this year — and we are completely sold out!  Thank you for your incredible support in helping us capture the amazing memories of this school year.

Stay tuned! We’ll be sending out more details soon about how students will receive their yearbooks.

We can’t wait to celebrate all the wonderful moments we shared this year — thanks again for making it so special!

If your student is planning on trying out for athletics next year, they will need an up to date physical. The school will offer physicals this Friday, April 25th on campus in the Hudson gym. 
1. They will start with the MS girls' athletics and then call everyone out by grade. 
2. Students must have the physical from, with the medical history completed, and payment for the physical with them that day. 
3. The cost will be $20 cash only.  A parent signature is required at the bottom of the first page. 
4. Copies of the physical form have been or will be passed out during athletics.

6. If your student recently got a physical to participate in middle school soccer, they are good until next year.

The Spring Book Fair is coming! Starting next Friday, April 25 and running through May 2! Please visit our book fair home page by clicking the image. There you will find information about the goals we would like to reach, EWallet, how to shop online, and how to share the fair. Thank you for your time and support!

Any 8th grade girls interested in trying out for the Hudson Highlights, please pick up the informational packet starting on Wednesday, April 16. An informational meeting will be held in the dance room on April 24. Thank you.
