2026 6th Grade and New to the district orientation

Dear Parents and Guardians,

This year HMS will be hosting a 6th grade and New to the district orientation on Monday, August 10 from 4-6pm. 

When you arrive, please make your way to the cafeteria. 

You will then be directed towards your student's first class.

PLEASE NOTE: Returning 7th and 8th grade students will have the following opportunities to pick up their schedules: 

1) Online via Skyward: Schedules will be available to view after 4:00 PM on Monday, August 10th.
2) In-Person Pick-Up: Schedules can be picked up at the middle school front office on Tuesday, August 11th from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
3) First Day of School: Students may also pick up their schedules in the cafeteria before school starts on Wednesday, August 12th.

The first day of school all staff will be on hand to make sure your student feels welcomed and knows exactly where to go!
